REHASH
(Broadcast)
:<local server> REHASH <remote server>
This command indicates that all servers matching the given <remote server> mask should immediately rehash their config files. This command is broadcast, meaning that all servers will receive and act upon it.
Note that unlike most other IRC server protocols, the REHASH command continues through servers it matches, so that one REHASH command may rehash multiple servers.
