Anope Services

m_globops is required for Anope Services v1.7.21

*** LINK: ERROR from services.domain.tld: m_globops is not loaded. This is required by Anope

This might be worth mentioning on the Modules/globops page.

I have not tested this for any version other than Anope 1.7.21 and InspIRCd 1.1.16
